1. Backpack is a financial services platform, not a bank. Balances held on Backpack Exchange are not bank deposits.

2. USD moves by wire transfer: $100 minimum, 1 to 5 business days, and your bank may add its own charges. Only native assets on supported networks are credited. Assets sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.

3. Backpack Wallet is self-custodial and provided by Backpack Technologies Ltd (BVI). Backpack cannot recover a wallet, reverse a transaction or freeze an account.

4. Yield comes from lending to borrowers on Backpack, plus native staking where it applies. Rates are variable, accrue hourly and are not guaranteed.

5. Stocks are offered by Backpack Securities and held as security entitlements under New York law. The quoted price includes the spread. Eligible stocks can be withdrawn to Solana as tokens for a fee of about $0.50 and deposited back for the network fee only. Pre-market, after-hours and overnight sessions are whole shares only; weekend and US holiday trading covers eligible stocks. Stocks are not available in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Japan or the EU.

6. Perpetual futures carry a high risk of loss, including liquidation. Yield on margin and realised profit comes from lending and is variable. Collateral weights differ by asset; stocks used as collateral can be liquidated. Maximum leverage varies by market and region. Futures and margin are not available in the UAE.

7. In the US, services are provided by Trek Labs, Inc. in supported states.
